Spend a lively Friday night learning to cook the staples of Mexican cuisine—-beans and rice! And to prepare authentic pico de gallo (red salsa) and guacamole. We’ll toss together a salad and whip up an inspired beef and chicken entrée for a complete meal. Then, you’ll be ready to salsa your way through the night.
